  We would like to inform you our working hours on holidays:

  • 22 to 25 December are days off;
  • 26 to 28 December we work as normal;
  • 29 December we work till 17.00;
  • 30 December to 2 January are days off;
  • 3 to 4 January we work as normal;
  • 7 January is a day off.

  Starting from 8 January our agency will work as normal.

• Legalization (certification of documents, certification of translation) with the Consulate of the Republic of Turkey in Kyiv - 2018-11-28
  

  For usage in the territory of Turkey, there are different requirements for miscellaneous documents, for example:

  • for registration of marriage in the territory of Turkey the Ukrainian documents must be endorsed with an Apostille, and translation shall be made directly in the territory of Turkey;
  • in case of submission of documents for a visa, it is necessary to certify translation of personal documents (for example, police clearance certificate, diploma, passport, birth certificate etc.) with the Consulate of Turkey;
  • for commercial documents it will be required to translate the documents into Turkish or to submit the original documents* certified with the Consulate of the Republic of Turkey in Kyiv.

  The cost of translation certification (for documents) with the Consulate of Turkey – 35 Euro/1 document

  Deadline for completion– 2 to 3 full-time working days.

  * it is possible to certify the commercial documents without translation, if the original documents were issued in English and certified with the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

• Revocation of consular legalization for Tunisia - 2018-11-16
  

  In accordance with the updated figures of the Ukrainian Ministry of External Affairs the Republic of Tunisia recognized the Hague Convention of October 5, 1961 starting from March 30, 2018. Now therefore, the obligatory consular legalization of the documents for Tunisia ceases to exist and now for legalization it is necessary to put an apostille. For the documents issued in the territory of Tunisia the legalization through the Ukrainian Consular in is also cancelled, now it is sufficient to put an apostille. For use in the territory of Ukraine the documents issued in Tunisia with apostille it is necessary to translate them and notarize the translation. • Constitution day - 2018-06-21
  

  Dear customers, we offer you congratulation on the holiday marking the adoption of Ukraine’s constitution.

  Working hours in the holidays:

  • On 28.06, 29.06, 30.06 and 01.07 the Tranlation Agency has nonworking days.
  • Starting from 02.07 the agency will work as normal.

• Legalization for Qatar - 2018-05-18
  

  Consular office of Qatar in Ukraine legalizes the document only with translation (into English or Arabic), in addition, the translation must be legalized in the Ministry of justice of Ukraine and the Ministry of foreign affairs. 

  Consular office of Qatar in Ukraine DOES NOT ACCEPT the legalization of documents on low residence education. 

  The cost of legalization in the Consular office of Qatar is 70 EUR /1* document.

  * if the Affidavit** is being applied, bound together with the documents, then it will be legalized as one document with one stamp on the Affidavit, but the cost is calculated as follows: stamp on the Affidavit plus separately stamp of each document being bound to it, in addition, the percentage of the amount invoiced is included.

  ** The Affidavit can be issued simultaneously in 2 languages (Ukrainian and English)

• The work schedule in May - 2018-04-26
  

  The work schedule of APRIL Translation Agency in May:

  • April 30 and May 1 – the official day-offs;
  • May 2 — May 5 – our office works as usual;
  • May 7 and May 8 – our office works as usual;
  • May 9 – an official day-off;
  • May 10 and May 11 – our office works as usual.
