Since July, 2008 Translation Agency APRIL has been carrying out an experiment concerning the division of managers into two departments – customer service department and translators department. The results were amazing. They showed the effectiveness of such specialization of managers, which is, first and foremost, more convenient for our clients. Previously our managers had to perform thousands of tasks at once; and it was often difficult for them to prioritize. Documents and texts were often given to translators only late in the evening, after 6 pm.
But now this practice is in the past, and our managers have sufficient amount of time for effective communication with the customers!
Regarding the change of the old-style discount cards by new ones, in case you are interested in further cooperation, we would like to ask you to contact any manager with the request to change the card.
You can exchange the old-style card for a new one in our office as well as by leaving a request with any of our managers by phone or by email. In order to do that you need to provide the name of the organization and the name (first name, last name and patronymic) of a contact person. In the latter case we will send you the card by mail.
If you have lost your card, we will issue you a new one!
The old-style cards expire on February 1st 2009.
If you do not remember the amount of your discount, you can double-check this information with any manager, having provided the name of the organization and the name (first name, last name and patronymic) of a contact person.
REMINDER! The Translation Agency APRIL has an accumulative system of discounts ranging from 2% to 10%. It is PERMITTED to transfer the card to another person, thereby the credit is accumulated proportionate to the amount of your orders as well as to the amount of the orders placed by colleagues and friends.
