The APRIL Translation Agency will assist you in executing the documents for the Philippines. The main particularity is that it is necessary to execute 2 exemplars of legalized documents: 1st exemplar shall be legalized by the Consulate, 2nd exemplar shall be kept in the Consulate.
The procedure is as follows:
to legalize the original (or its copy) with the relevant Ministry,
to translate the documents,
to certify the translation with the notary,
to legalize the translation (with the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine).
For legalization it is necessary to make available:
for the documents of a natural person – a notarial power of attorney,
for the documents of a legal entity – a power of attorney issued on the letter-head and official letters to the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine
Cost and terms for legalization with the Consulate of the Philippines:
The original document issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine* can be legalized with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. It is possible to legalize the notarized copy previously legalized with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine legalizes the following original documents:
all and any documents issued by the Civilian Registry Offices, previously certified by the Regional and Municipal Departments of Justice,
Certificates of Good Conduct,
Original international educational documents**
* all documents issued in the cities other than Kyiv must be previously certified with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine,
** for legalization it is necessary to submit a covering letter (a submission letter) issued by the educational institution and notarized with the relevant ministry.
Now in order to apostillize the constituent documents issued by the Registration Service of Ukraine, it is necessary to submit the original documents, not the notarial copies as before. The constituent documents include:
Certificate of state registration of an enterprise
Extract from the Public Register of Enterprises and Individuals-Entrepreneurs

The procedure for execution of such documents for apostille is changed: it is possible to apostillize only the original documents. Term of execution – 3 working days.
The legalization procedure remains unchanged: it is possible to apostillize the notarial copies of the constituent documents.

Preparation of documents to be presented in The Hague Convention countries requires affixing apostilles thereto. In case of apostilling documents issued by Civil Registry Offices the original document should bear an additional stamp as follows:
stamp of the Main/Regional Department of Justice in Kyiv (in case the documents were issued by any civil registry office in Kyiv).
stamp of the Main/Regional Department of Justice or a stamp of the Regional Civil Registry Office (in case the documents were issued in other cities or regions of Ukraine).
If you are preparing a set of documents to be presented in the countries that are not part of Hague Convention, the consular legalization procedure is required. The consular legalization of documents issued by Civil Registry Offices also provides for affixing stamp of the Main/Regional Department of Justice regardless of the documents having been issued either in Kyiv or in other cities or regions of Ukraine. The stamp is affixed according to the place of issue.
