Now we are providing apostille for Germany!
According to the information received from the embassy of Federal Republic of Germany in Kyiv city ‘Hague Convention’ came into effect between Ukraine and Germany starting from 22 July 2010.
In practice it means that from 22 July 2010 Ukrainian official documents to be handed into German institutions should have an apostille. The same applies equally to German documents to be submitted to Ukrainian institutions.

According to the information received from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, in relation to liquidation of the Department of notary and registration of lawyer associations and creation of new Department of notary, financial monitoring of legal services and registration of lawyer associations, by reason of necessity to make new seal and stamps, the time for affixing the apostille is prolonged. In the nearest time, instead of 5 days, the apostille on all documents, except on Civil Status documents, will be affixed in the Ministry of Justice within 20 days.

- Vietnam, Greece, Egypt,
- Iran, Cyprus, China,
- Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey,

and submitted by state authorities, legal entities or individuals will be accepted in Ukraine only with the consular legalization or apostil.
So, if you need to have photocopy and translator’s signature on the documents from the above mentioned countries certified, then these documents must have consular legalization or apostil of the country of issuance.
